The administrative procedures are carried out with the Consular Services following the program below:

Filing of files:

Withdrawal of files:

Deposits and withdrawals of passports and other administrative documents can only be carried out by the interested parties themselves or by a duly authorised person, according to the instructions given by the Consular assistants at the time of filing the files.

NB:

• The service is closed from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
• No incomplete file can be processed.
• It should be noted that Consular fees are not, under any circumstances, refundable.
• Users are received in order of arrival.
• Embassy services are closed on British and Nigerien public holidays.
